 LED's:

 At present it is recommended that conventional spotlights are replaced with LED spotlights. Conventional spotlight commonly  uses halogen lamp, which is of low luminous efficiency, high power consumption and short service life. Using light-emitting  diode (LED) as light source, LED spotlight is more energy efficient, environment-friendly, provides higher luminous efficiency and  longer service life, and generates less heat.

 Energy Saving Lamps:

 An energy saving lamp, also known as electronic bulb, compact fluorescent lamp and one-piece fluorescent lamp, mainly  consists of two parts: fluorescent lamp and ballast (stabilizer). Compared to incandescent lamps, energy saving lamps have  higher luminous efficiency and consume less electricity. The size and the holder connector of energy saving lamps are similar to  standard incandescent bulbs, so they can fit into most existing lighting fixtures, becoming direct replacements for incandescent  lamps.
